Child's Reversible Pinafore Top or Apron
If you would like to start making clothes for a daughter, granddaughter or other little girl in your life, come along to this workshop. We will be making a child’s pinafore top that is fully reversible.
The pattern fits children from approximately 1 - 6 years old and is simple to assemble.
We will cover skills including:
- Working with a multi-size pattern
- Understanding pattern notation
- Assembling a simple reversible garment
- Neat top stitching
- Inserting KAM snaps
You will take away your finished dress as well as the pattern to enable you to make more at home.
You will need to bring 0.75m each of two fabrics and 100m of thread.
We will supply all other materials and use of our Janome J3-18 sewing machines.
Your tutor for this class will be Ana Dugdale. Ana is a City and Guilds qualified tutor with extensive sewing experience particularly in the field of patchwork and quilting.
